OFFICIAL RULES

DUNKIN’ NEWSPAPER STAND SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Alliance Group Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”) and Dunkin’ Brands Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside Pennsylvania and where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Alliance Group Holdings LLC, 3350 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 1210, Atlanta, GA 30326 (“Sponsor”).

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes will take place on September 27, 2025, concluding at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There will be a total of 1000 (one thousand) newspaper entries distributed with one containing a designated hologram marking. To participate, eligible entrants must present the designated winning newspaper in person to Sweepstakes representatives at the Dunkin’ Newspaper Stand, 141 S Garner Street, State College, PA 16801 before 5:00 PM Eastern Time on September 27, 2025. No other methods of entry are permitted. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded: Two (2) tickets to the Penn State University vs. University of Oregon football game on September 27, 2025 (Approximate Retail Value: $500). No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted. If the prize is not redeemed as described in Section 4 above, it will not be awarded.

6. WINNER DETERMINATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be determined by presenting the designated winning newspaper (with hologram) in person as outlined in Section 4. The potential winner must comply with all eligibility requirements and these Official Rules. Failure to meet requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of distributed entries (1000 total).

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agents to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
